"So I never realized I was being abused until the day my fiancé came into my room, put a pillow over my head and stabbed me 18 times, left me for dead in my apartment for over two hours while he stood over my bleeding body and then tried to kill himself. Thank God he came to and decided to call the police to save my life. He got 7 years for attempted murder.
